Baikeng Beach
Baikeng is a long, flat-water beach on Penghu protected from north and east swell, making it a beginner-friendly, wave-free alternative to Longmen that's better suited to windsurfers and flat-water kiters. It has also hosted the Penghu Invitational Kitesurfing Regatta.
