Herzliya Marina / HaTzuk
Herzliya Pituah, just north of Tel Aviv, is home to Israel's largest marina (built in the 1990s) and an affluent beachfront district; the HaTzuk/marina stretch is one of the country's most active local kite scenes, benefiting from the same reliable Mediterranean summer thermal wind that put Tel Aviv-area windsurfer Maayan Davidovich (an Olympic competitor from the region) on the map.

Monthly wind statistics
Station: Herzliya (WeatherSpark modeled climatology) (weatherspark, ~0 km) — Windfinder pages returned HTTP 429 rate-limit for the whole batch; used WeatherSpark's direct Herzliya page (exact match). As with the other Israeli Med-coast spots, the 24h-average model shows winter as windiest, which conflicts with the batch's known_best_months (May-Sep) - almost certainly because a daily mean blends out the reliable afternoon sea breeze that drives summer kiting here.
