Jetty Island

Jetty Island is a roughly two-mile man-made barrier island in Puget Sound just off Everett, nicknamed 'Steady Jetty' for its reliable afternoon NW thermal. A wide tidal flat off the Snohomish River mouth keeps the water flat and shallow for a long way out, making it a favorite local learning and freeride spot reached only by boat, paddle craft, or the seasonal Port of Everett ferry.
