Muiderberg
Muiderberg, on the Gooimeer just east of Amsterdam, is one of only two official kite launches around the Flevoland waters and one of the closest inland spots to the capital, which makes it consistently busy. Shallow, flat water with standing depth for around 300m from shore makes it a strong beginner and lesson venue in north-to-northeast wind, though weed growth, mussels and a small parking lot are recurring gripes.
