Monthly wind statistics

Station: Pemba Airport (Weather Spark (monthly figures); Windfinder (station coords/annual summary, no monthly table extractable), ~7.1 km) — Windfinder has a real observation station 'Pemba Airport' (2007-2026, ~7 km from Murrebue) but its windstatistics page did not return an extractable monthly table (JS-rendered chart) - only the annual summary (avg 10 kt, ESE, gusts 26 kt) and coordinates were retrievable, and that annual ESE direction is applied uniformly across months below since no monthly directions were found. Monthly speed/temperature figures instead come from Weather Spark's Pemba reanalysis page. Data-derived peak (May-Aug) matches known_best_months (May-Nov) for the front half of the season but the data doesn't show Sep-Nov as clearly elevated.
