Thanburudhoo (Sultans/Honkeys)
Thanburudhoo is an uninhabited island in North Male Atoll flanked by two of the Maldives' most famous reef breaks - Sultans (right-hander) and Honkeys (left-hander, 4-10ft) - occasionally kited by boat-based riders chasing swell and wind together. It's primarily a surf-charter destination, with no land infrastructure of its own.
