Paracuru
Paracuru is a coastal municipality roughly 90km from Fortaleza whose bay is protected by an offshore reef, giving near-flat water inside the reef line and waves breaking on the reef itself at low tide. Historically a fishing and, more recently, offshore-oil support town, it is also a well-known turtle-spotting stop on the Ceará downwind kite trail.

Station: Paracuru, Ceará (weatherspark modeled climatology; station is the spot's own town) (Weatherspark (Cedar Lake Ventures, MERRA-2 reanalysis-modeled climatology), ~0 km) — Windfinder's own windstatistics page for Paracuru states 'No statistical weather data available' (nearest live windfinder station it names is Cumbuco Beach, 42 km away). Used Weatherspark's modeled climatology for Paracuru town itself instead -- same location as the spot, but note this is reanalysis-modeled data (no Beaufort-scale probability), not direct station observations.
